India Restricts Issuance Of Employment Visas To Foreigners

US is not the only country restricting visas. In support of the Indian government’s recent policy to restrict entry of foreign nationals for employment in India, the Ministry of Labour and Employment and Training has issued new guidelines1 for grant of employment visas (“E-Visa”).
