| IAGB - Meet-n-Greet With New York Consul |  |
The Indian Association of Greater Boston held a meet-n-greet event with, Mr. Vijay Krishnan, Consul for Community Affairs, Indian Consulate, NY on Saturday, March 27 at the Madras Grill in Chelmsford, MA. Community leaders from different organizations discussed their issues with the Consul. Members from Gurjar, New England Telugu Association, New England Tamil Association, Tamil Makkal Mandram, New England Malayalee Association, TiE, Team AID, Saheli, Ekal Vidyalaya and Indian Americans for Burlington were present at the event. Also present was NH Rep. Lata Mangipudi.

A Sanchi Stupa frieze shows Kushinagara during a battle, with 3 or more storied vaulted buildings with horse-shoe shaped crowning facade supported by wooden buttresses, carved railings and viewing galleries.

Dancers Anami Poreddy, Ranjani Saigal, Rajeshwari Kumar, Jeyanthi Ghatraju, Vandana Tiwari Sharma, Pooja Tiwari and Mouli Pal danced to the Bhajans.

United India Association of New England (UIANE) organized a virtual Holi Showtime Premier known as ‘Rang Barse’ on March 28th. The evening was filled with melodious singing, dancing, and comedy. Hundreds of spectators both on Zoom and Facebook attended the event and enjoyed the joy of Holi, the festival of love, colors and spring and involves people throwing colored powder and water at each other.
