A candlelight vigil to honor the memory of the brave rape-victim, Nirbhaya,
who passed away yesterday fighting for her life
Description:
The brave, resilient and beautiful Nirbhaya (fearless soul) lost her battle yesterday and succumbed to her injuries suffered as a result of the barbaric actions of a few men. Let's honor her memory and show our support, not only for her, but for all women who brave harassment and abuse on a daily basis.
We, as a nation, have to change! Let's come together on Sunday (12.30.12) for a candlelight vigil to show our unwavering support to all women around the world and pay our respect to the one woman who's unfortunate battle has united a nation.
