Vipassana Meditation: An Ancient Path in the Modern World Vipassana Meditation helps people find a way of life that withstands the rigors of daily life, and that provides personal insight, psychological development, heightened well-being, and spiritual community. Please join us for a free public talk at Tufts University with renowned author, psychiatrist, and Vipassana meditation teacher Dr. Paul Fleischman. Doors open at 6:45pm. This one-hour talk begins at 7pm, and will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. Dr. Fleischman is a Vipassana teacher under the guidance of S.N. Goenka, author of Cultivating Inner Peace, Karma and Chaos, and other books, and has been honored by the American Psychiatric Association for his contributions to the study of religion and spirituality in medicine.
