Seminar of Bhagvad Gita - Karma Yoga
Lord Krishna delivered the Bhagvad Gita to mankind on the battle field of Kurukshetra. To commemorate Gita Jayanti we are hosting a chanting and discussion session with Dr Bijoy Misra from Harvard University on Karma Yoga as expounded in the Gita. Dr Bijoy Misra will shed light on what Shri Krishna meant by action and inaction, the relationship of our actions, desires and attachment. The Bhagavad Gita's analytic study has been a source of inspiration to all thinkers over the time in history and is an extremely valuable tool in our daily lives. Our Gita study will begin with a chanting session followed by the analysis of the third Chapter.
