Sharad Purnima & Kojagiri/Billerica Sai
We will be celebrating Kojagiri Sharad Poornima at our Dwarkamai Center. According to tradition Goddess Laxmi is worshipped this night as she goes around asking Ko Jagriti, i.e. Who is awake? and blesses her children with prosperity and well being. Special prasad of Milk is distributed on this day. Lord Krishna played the Maha Rass with the Gopis on this very night of Sharad Purnima. So we will be celeberating with the chanting of Lalitha Sahastranaam to please the goddess and take part in Raas Leela with Lord Krishna in his Dwarkamai.
