India Against corruption Rally at Harvard Square
We are a group of motivated IAC (http://www.indiaagainstcorruption.org/) volunteers from Greater Boston Area, organizing a big protest event at The Pit, Harvard Square, Cambridge. We are inviting people to join us in this Movement led by Sri Anna Hazare Ji’s. This movement is to put pressure on the Government of India to bring a Strong Jan LokPal Bill thru Parliamentary system. We are organizing a completely 'Gandhi-an' Styled peaceful protest on 27th Aug.
What are we doing on 27th August at Harvard Square? We believe that we NRIs can make a big difference thru protest and demonstration. We will be assembling at The Pit, Harvard square, Cambridge to support Anna Hazare’s movement to bring Strong Jan LokPal Bill. We, IAC volunteers, will be providing IAC official Handouts and will be chanting few slogans to support Anna. We have few activities planned for kids. Colorful balloons, Face paint, National Anthem and few motivating patriotic Songs. National and International media is expected to cover our event.
