Mallakhamb 2 Day Camp
Commencement of Mallakhamb Center As part of National League Development Program Mallakhamb Federation is conducting Two Days Try Outs. These tryouts would include Pole Mallakhamb and Rope Mallakhamb adhering to Level1 (Introductory) curriculum. This would include various elements such as Mounts, Balances, Interceptions, Combinations, and Dismounts. Mallakhamb Federation of USA would like to invite all interested participants to join two day clinic to learn Mallakhamb. About Mallakhamb Mallakhamb is a unique fitness technique very suitable for modern lifestyle requirements. The earliest recorded references are found in the 12th century (1135AD). Mallakhambh as very unique characteristics; •Maximum exercises to maximum muscles in minimum time •Exercise is combination of Yoga, Gymnastics, and MartialArts •Become Air-Borne and exercise against gravity Accolades Some of the Key Accolades received from Boston Children Museum, Queens Museum, International Yoga Day declared by the United Nations, Federation of Indian Association, Indian Business Association, Art of Living. We are already operating in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and shortly starting in Massachusetts, Ohio, Michigan, and North Carolina. About Mallakhamb Federation USA Mallakhamb Federation USA has applied for non-for profit organization and would be a governing body for Mallakhamb in the United States. The organization would represent the United States globally and the Men's and Women's national Mallakhamb teams in the United States. Mallakhamb Federation USA would be responsible for training of the Men's and Women's teams that represent the United States in international tournaments, Men's and Women's, as well as for the promotion of the sport amongst prospective players, spectators, and fans.
