A Positive Thinking workshop will improve my understanding of my mind and provide tools and practices that help create thoughts in a positive and healing way. Much more than simply “you are what you think”, these positive thinking techniques help improve one’s outlook and get the very best out of my life! Session includes discussion, reflection and guided meditation and take-home techniques.
