Sahaj Samadhi - Art of Living
We invite you to come and join us in Burlington, to learn this natural and graceful system of effortless meditation in three 3-hour sessions. The course will be taught by Bill Herman.
As you know, the Sahaj Samadhi meditation allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into itself. And when the mind settles down, it lets go of all the stress and tension and centers itself in the present moment, allowing you to go into deeper states of mediation and rest effortlessly.
