Upma, Breakfast On the Go !

Here's a quick easy way to enjoy your favorite dish in 2 minutes-

Mix instant 1 minute Cream of Wheat packet in a 16 oz styrofoam cup and add chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers , ginger paste (all gotten ready from grocer's aisle) , salt and chilli powder to taste & frozen peas with water according to packet instructions. Heat in microwave for 1 or 2 minutes. Stir and Voila, you have your upma for home or office! 

You can add a drop of ghee and/or coriander paste (grocer's isle) after done if you wish to enhance taste.
