Our beloved, Tara Singhvi passed away on April 30 2024. Tara was born on June 15, 1945 in Ajmer, India. She grew up in Jaipur and was very well educated as she earned a Masters in Hindi. She immigrated to the United States in the early 70s to Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Throughout her life, Tara was known for her warmth and generosity. Her door was always open to friends and strangers alike. Cooking was her passion and fed with an open heart, joy and love. She easily made friends wherever she went.

She is survived by her husband Ratan and children Manish and Shweta, Ashish, Rohan, and Ojas.

She was a prominent member of JCGB.

To celebrate Tara's life, we are having a Namokar Mantra Jaap and Bhajans. This event will be held at 3 PM on Saturday May 18, 2024. Your presence will be highly appreciated.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jain Center of Greater Boston or charity of your choice in Tara's memory.
