Dr. Pushpa Motiyani
Dr. Pushpa Motiyani is the South Asia head for Women's International League For Peace and Freedom (WILPF) and has been a passionate and committed member since 1994. Dr Motiyani holds a PhD in Peace Studies and was Dean and Professor at the Peace Research Center & Department of Gandhian Philosophy at the Gujarat Vidyapith University , founded by Mahatma Gandhi 1920, until retiring in 2017. With over 40 years of experience in academia and teaching, Dr. Motiyani's expertise lie in human, women's and children's rights, status of women in India and peace research.

Dr. Clayborne Carson
Dr.Clayborne Carson is Martin Luther King, Jr. , Centennial Professor of History, Emeritus at Stanford University. In 1985, the late Coretta Scott King hand picked Dr. Carson to direct a long term project to edit and publish her late husband Dr. Martin Luther King's speeches, papers, correspondence and letters. In 2005 Dr. Carson founded the Martin Luther King, Jr., Research and Education Institute and in 2020 established The World House Project at Stanford, built on the Gandhi-King Conference to develop educational resources inspired by Rev. Martin Luther King's vision of a just and peaceful world. The World House Project seeks to realize Martin Luther King, Jr.'s, vision of the world as a large house, in which "we must learn somehow to live with each other in peace". Dr. Carson received the International Award for Promoting Gandhian Values Outside India from the Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation in 2018, given earlier to Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
