UN Peace Day at Chinmaya Mission Boston
In honor of the UN International Day of Peace, CMB will be offering the following classes, which are free and open to the public. Saturday, Sept 24 8:30-9:30 Laughter Yoga and Family-appropriate Yoga 10:00-11:00 Meditation 11:00-12:00 SavSani Yoga for adults 12:00-1:00 SavSani Yoga for adults Sunday, Sept 25 3:00-4:00 SavSani Yoga for adults 4:00-5:00 SavSani Yoga for adults For Yoga classes, please bring your own mat.
