Jerry B. Brightman, Ph.D.
Dr. Brightman, renowned for his expertise in the area of leadership, works with Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He is the president of The Leadership Group, an organizational development consulting and training company devoted to helping leaders and their teams become more effective. Dr. Brightman has designed and facilitated PMI’s annual Leadership Institute classes in the U.S. since 2001. He has been associated with several prestigious U.S. universities including Harvard and MIT and currently holds a faculty position at Tufts University. Dr. Brightman holds a DBA, an MBA and a BA in Economics.
Mary Adams Viola, Ph.D.
Dr. Viola has been a technical leader in manufacturing and R&D in a variety of corporate environments for more than twenty years. She is currently the Acting Director of the Masters of Science program at Tufts University Gordon Institute, where she has designed and delivered innovative courses in leadership development, commercialization of emerging technology and new product development. Tufts Gordon Institute offers an award winning post graduate degree program designed to prepare technical professionals to become leaders in their organizations. Dr. Viola is responsible for bringing this innovative program to India. She received her BS, MS and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
Both Dr. Brightman and Dr. Viola are founding faculty members of the Master of Science in Engineering Management degree program, Tufts University in India.
