National Asian & Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day
This year is particularly special, as we highlight the needs and incredible work be conducted in Massachusetts' Cambodian community to respond to HIV/AIDS. Our annual S.H. Chua awards will be presented to two remarkable Cambodian community advocates on HIV/AIDS: Niem Nay-Kret, Project Director of Southeast Asian Bilingual Advocates, Inc. (SABAI) and Veseth Poy, Senior Case Manager at Lynn Community Health Center.
MAP is very important organization; as a South Asian man living with HIV, it is very important to me personally. I hope you can join me in supporting its work that mobilizes, educates, and advocates for Asian, South Asian, and Pacific Islander health improvements—particularly in HIV/AIDS and sexual health.
