Ekal Sur Sandhya - a Benefit Concert
India Association of Rhode Island and Namaskar India invite you to an evening of Gazals, Bhajans and Geet with the prince of Gazals Shri Kumar Mungee and ensemble. All proceeds will go towards a free literacy program for the children of tribal India. Currently, 546,750 boys and girls attend 18,225 schools. It only takes $365 to run an Ekal School for the entire year. Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation of USA actively participates in this popular people's movement. It takes only a dollar a day to run one school.
