Indian Vegetarian Cooking - 1 session
Instructor : Alka Patel Vegetarian food is gaining popularity among the health conscious. If you love to cook gourmet food, this is the right class for you. We will be preparing finger licking dishes like spicy pullau, curry, bread and a dessert to conclude our feast. Our instructor, who is originally from India, has taught cooking in various local community education programs, and worked for a large food company in England. An additional materials fee of $8 must be submitted with tuition. Enrollment limited to 12.
