Free Introductory Session on Inner Engineering
Inner Engineering Total is a 4-day, in-person program which combines the tools from Inner Engineering Online and the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya from Inner Engineering Completion course.
This program gives you the opportunity to intellectually explore the basics of life using methods from the distilled essence of yogic sciences, and learning a 21-minute Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya - a powerful and purifying energy technique using the breath.
The course imparts practical wisdom to manage your body, mind, emotions, and the fundamental life energy within.
The program has been designed by Sadhguru, a yogi, visionary, and the foremost authority on yoga.
