Relax Kids
This exciting event offers a chance for kids of all ages (even the adult kids!) to learn about inner values in a unique and fun way. The Relax Kids program offers fun activity classes to help children manage anxiety and emotions while building self-esteem and confidence. Using the unique Relax Kids CDs and book series, create calm confident kids at home too!
Come and explore how mindfulness and meditation can help children manage stress and anger, and improve their confidence.
