You can go after six enemies to Spiritual Progress, namely; Kaam (Desires – esp. wants), Krodh (Anger), Lobh (Greed), Mad (Ego – Arrogance!), Moha (Attachment) and Matsar (Jealosy). You can take something from 20 Important Spiritual Instructions By Sri Swami Sivananda : http://www.dlshq.org/teachings/20instr.htm You can do Anusthan such as 108 times Hanuman Chalishaa daily during Bhamhamuhurt! It takes about 3.5 Hours!
