Guided MFA Tour: Symbolism in Indian Art
NetSAP Boston is proud to collaborate with Acropolis Boston to offer a guided tour of Indian art at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts (MFA). The tour will be lead by Garrett Avery, a philosophy instructor for over 20 years. For more information on Acropolis Boston, please visit http://acropolisboston.org/.

The tour will consist of viewing various pieces of Indian art, while Mr. Avery explains the philosophical significance behind Hindu symbols. Hindu symbols are used in art, sacred objects and ritual to signify Hindu concepts, attributes of deities, or the gods or the deities themselves.
