Anti-Terrorism Law Post-9/11 and Its Impact on Civil Rights
The New England Muslim Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association are pleased to present, 'Anti-Terrorism Law Post-9/11 and Its Impact on Civil Rights,' a panel discussion on Monday, September 12th, 2011 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event is generously hosted by Pierce Atwood LLP.

At this event marking the 10th anniversary of 9/11, panelists Shahid Buttar, Executive Director of the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, Aloke Chakravarty, National Security Attorney, and Nancy Murray, Director of Education at ACLU of Massachusetts, will review how changes in law since 9/11 have affected the domestic civil rights landscape. The panel will be moderated by Hinna Upal, Pierce Atwood Associate and a member of both SABAGB and NEMBA.
