| College Conference Where: Harvard University [Boylston Hall] Cost: Absolutely free! When: 11am - 5pm [Registration from 10am] Shades of Brown is a College Conference that gives South Asian high school students (students from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and the diaspora) a chance to learn more about applying to college. We talk about how to write essays, do interviews, apply for financial aid, and more! We can even review essays you’ve already written if you need advice. So come hang out with fellow desis while learning the ins and outs of the college admissions process. We are also offering free transportation to the conference in the morning. We’ll be picking up students by bus from the Burlington and Framingham high schools. The Conference is completely free of cost, so please call us for help with transportation if needed.
