Visa Information: Transit Visa (Single/Double Entry) $30 Six months tourist / entry visa $60 One year tourist/business/ entry visa $85 Five year multiple entry visa $150 Ten year multiple entry visa $150 Transfer of five year / ten year visa to new passport $25 Applicants are requested to bring their application forms duly filled in, passport original, required fee in the form of cash, certified checks or money orders, and two photographs. Only US passport holders are to apply. A maximum of 250 visa applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Only straightforward cases in which references are not required will be accepted.
