World-jazz Group Natraj Performs at Harvard University
World-jazz ensemble Natraj performs its adventurous blend of Indian classical music, West African music, and contemporary jazz. The show is hosted by Harvard Sangeet.

“Natraj is... better than ever... driving percussion and now-searching, now-soaring melodic excursions... And for all of the intensity, there’s still plenty of open space,” raves the Boston Herald. From Boston to Toronto, and Mumbai to Ghana, Natraj has delighted listeners since 1987. Now this acclaimed ensemble hits Harvard University. “Ragas, hard swinging jazz, contemporary songs, a gorgeous meditative alap all combine beautifully. You can listen for hours to the intertwining threads that make up the hard-driving yet graceful tapestry that is Natraj,” extols World Percussion and Rhythm.
