Shruti 2002 - Tarun Bhattacharya, Dr. Prabha Atre & Arnab Chakrabarty~
The concert will begin with a sarod recital by Arnab Chakrabarty, a disciple of Buddhadev Dasgupta, and an emerging innovator on the sarod. Tarun Bhattacharya will then display his well-known virtuosity on the santoor. The grand finale will be a khayal vocal performance by Dr. Prabha Atre, a preeminent exponent of the Kirana gayaki and foremost disciple of the late Pt. Sureshbabu Mane and late Smt. Hirabai Barodekar.
