Join SAATh--South Asian American Theatre’s Acting Workshop!
Always wanted to take up acting as a serious hobby? Interested in getting acting jobs and acting in local theater? South Asian American Theater’s artistic director Irfan Malik will be giving a series of five acting workshops beginning August 29. The workshops will primarily involve scene studies. Scenes from contemporary plays--South Asian and non-South Asian--will be assigned to actors. Actors will be responsible for meeting with their scene partners to rehearse between workshops. No prior acting experience necessary. Admission is limited, so reserve your spot right away!
