A Garland of Rhythms
Neena Gulati & the Triveni Ensemble presents A Garland of Rhythms that blends the complexity of ancient rhythms w/ modern choreography. The finale will be a fusion of intricate rhythms of Indian classical dance w/ vibrant African drums. It is funded partially by MCC & proceeds will benefit Agape.
Triveni School of Dance, in Brookline, Ma., was founded in 1971 by Neena Gulati, an acclaimed dancer from New Delhi, India. Triveni is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the education & performance of Classical Indian dance & the celebration of cultural diversity. The triveni Ensemble consists of Neena & her senior disciples.
