Primary Source Presents Discovering India Through Dance http://www.primarysource.org/events March 19, 2009 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm (reception follows from 8:30 - 9:30 pm) Cambridge Family YMCA Theatre 820 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge Explore facets of India's rich cultural heritage through the classical dance of Bharata Natyam. Performances will trace the evolution of the dance from its traditional place in South Indian temples and courts to its modern use as a means of artistic expression.
