Anger Management
Anger management is important to quality of life. Who would consciously keep doing something that drains personal energy, causes static and distress in relationships, and damages physical and mental health? The habit of anger is harmful to each of us. Other more empowering and effective responses can be learned. Unless we know how to manage it, in its many forms and disguises, anger will continue to prevent the peace and positive results that we want in our lives. All are welcome.
