WALK –A – THON
IAOGH is proud to announce its 2nd Walk-a-thon. The first Walk-a-thon was held in 2000 and it was a hugh success, so, this year’s committee has decided to do it again! Come join your friends and walk at your own pace and enjoy the scenic MDC Reservoir. This is an ideal way for you to renew the already forgotten New Year’s resolution and taking the first steps in welcoming spring. Just wear comfortable shoes, appropriate clothes and most importantly, bring your friends and family. Learn how to determine your target heart rate and some great stretching exercises. Call any board member to register. This walk-a-thon promises to be a lot of fun.

Directions: I84W or I84E, Exit 39. At the end of the ramp take right at the signal light, which is Farmington Avenue, Route 4 East. On the Farmington Avenue, take a left on the sixth signal light for MDC (about two miles from the ramp to sixth light).
