Summit Meru 2007 ~ Weekend Workshop
Yoga and Vaastu for the Modern Professional Rejuvenating your Body ~ Re-energizing your Home Sashikala Ananth, Distinguished Scholar from Chennai, India will conduct this weekend workshop using both the Science of Yoga and the principles of Vaastu Shastra (Science of Indian Architecture) to help the modern professional connect to the environment in a mutually beneficial manner. This workshop intends to help individuals understand both their inner and outer spaces of their homes and work environment in a way that is harmonious with one's personality and enhances one's energies. To achieve this, the two traditions of Yoga & Vaastu will be explored using both theoretical data and practical exercises.
