Talk By Padmabhusan Dr. G. B. Parulkar
ISW and IMANE (Indian Medical Association of NE) are happy to announce a talk by Padmabhusan Dr. G. B. Parulkar on THE PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE on Sunday June 25th, 4 to 5 pm at India Center. You all are invited to participate in the talk.
Dr. Parulkar, a pioneer in Open Heart Surgery and Cardiac transplant in India, is currently the Director of Cardiovascular Surgery & Chairman Research Council of Heart Institute in Mumbai.
At the end of the talk, there will be specific discussion on why Indians living overseas develop coronary heart disease more frequently and what precautions they need to take to prevent it.
