Art of Living Course
A brief description of the Art of Living Course: The Art of Living course is designed to bring back the simplicity and joy in daily life. It teaches powerful breathing techniques (like Sudarshan Kriya) and practical wisdom to keep the body energized and the mind free and at ease. The techniques taught on the course can easily be practiced at home. Stress gets stored as toxins in the body and manifests as negative emotions in the mind. It can sap our energy, create tension in our relationships, affect our health, and keep us from enjoying what we have. The Art of Living course is a powerful and effective program that removes stress and allows you to find greater peace, energy and joy for a lifetime.
