Four years ago more than two thousand people were massacred in organized violence in Gujarat. As of today no one has been punished for these heinous crimes by the state and its agencies. Why have the guilty not been punished? How can the guilty be punished? What are people doing to heal these wounds? The forum will discuss all these questions.
