Arun Prakash - Mridangam

Sanjay Subrahmanyam initially learned violin and vocal music Lakshminarayana. Then he switched completely to vocal music and learnt from Rukmani Rajagopalan. He had advanced training from Calcutta KS Krishnamurthi. He has performed extensively in India and has received several awards and titles, notable among them being Yogam Nagaswamy award from Chennai Music Academy, Nada Kala Bhushanam from Delhi Shanmukhananda Sabha. He has traveled all around the world giving vocal concerts.
R. K. Shriramkumar had his initial training in violin from Savitri Satyamurthy and had his advanced training from his grandfather R.K. Venkatrama Sastry. He presently receives guidance from V.V. Subramanyam. He also learnt vocal music from D.K. Jayaraman. He has accompanied several stalwarts in carnatic music and has travelled to US several times in the past accompanying Vijay Siva, Sanjay Subrahmanyam, Unnikrishnan, Ravikiran and Rudrapatnam Brothers.
Arun Parakash had his training in Mridangam from the late Kalaimamani Ramanathapuram M.N. Kandaswami. He is a left-handed Mridangam player and has accompanied several leading carnatic music vidwans including K.V. Narayanaswamy, D.K. Jayaraman, T.R. Subramaninan, Seshagopalan, Sanjay Subramanian, TM Krishna and Ravikiran to name a few.Arun Parakash had his training in Mridangam from the late Kalaimamani Ramanathapuram M.N. Kandaswami.
