Talk by Mark Kahn, from US India Political Action Committee (USINPAC). USINPAC is a political movement that attempts to mobilize the Indian- American community to participate in US politics. Among the myriad objectives that USINPAC seeks to accomplish are:
-elevating India to US HIV/AIDS Fund recipient list
-combating WMD proliferation through US aid
-renewing the V-1 visa program
-expanding opportunities for South Asian-American businesses
-passing medical malpractice tort reform
