| YOGA at SVC Come join us for unique YOGA class designed for individuals who want to learn "Body and Mind" connection while stretching and strengthening their bodies. The class will teach breathing, movement and meditation of the classical YOGA postures. The class is appropriate for the absolute beginner, yet it will challenge the experienced practitioner with deeper levels of insight. Class Descriptions Beginners Stretch – A 60-minute class designed to revitalize your energy. It will include: breathing techniques and gentle yoga postures/asanas. All Levels Yoga – A 75-minute class that will include traditional yoga postures with more stretching, breathing techniques and relaxation. Postures will be modified so beginners will be able to safely at a comfortable pace and develop strength and flexibility.
