The month of Karthikam is considered to be very auspicious.It reflects the end of the dark ages, the conquest of good over evil, light over darkness and the return of peace,purity and prosperity.
The epics state that Lord Vishnu assumed fish shape (Matsyavatara) and Lord Shiva killed demon Tripura in Karthikam.
Please join us to light 1008 oil lamps and form a Shiva Lingam with the lights to Worship with Rudra parayana and Bhajans.
RSVP is a must to reserve your lamp(s) for lighting on first come first served basis.
We need Volunteers for arranging the lamps.If you can come and assist from 2PM please let us know.
