WHAT: Malden Mayor Richard Howard and representatives from Leader Mortgage Company and Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE), the nation's largest source of financing for home mortgages, will announce the availability of the Enhanced Community 2-4 Family Pilot, designed to address the need to expand affordable homeownership options in areas such as Malden where forty percent of the housing stock is comprised of two- to four-unit homes. Joining them will be homeowners who recently purchased property under the pilot.
