Please attend it to discuss and vote on following agenda items:
1. There will be no more Head Granthi or Granthi post at Gurdwara Sahib. Visiting Ragi jatha will perform all the required duties of a Granthi Singh. A caretaker can be hired to perform day to day maintenance of Gurdwara Sahib premises.
2. When Bhai Kaushal Singh's R1 visa expires in October, 2018, he should be relieved from his duties or start the process to apply for his green card now.
