2015 IANH Diwali Festival and Dandiya
2015 IANH Diwali Festival will be held on November 14 2015 at Nashua High School North. The cultural program will be from 3-7pm, followed by social hour from 7-8 PM, and then dandiya from 8-11pm. There will be a number of items performed by local talent. Our guest performer this year is Sujatha Meyappan of Kolam Academy of Dance, who is known for her wonderful Bharatanatyam dances.
The registrations closed on October 31. We have received many good entries. The entries include some from the Vasant Utsav winners. So Diwali 2015 is shaping up to be a great event.
IANH will also be giving out medals to all our Vasant Utsav talent competition winners and also to the winners of the recently concluded IANH Chess Tournament. The Mayor-Elect of Nashua Jim Donchess has kindly agreed to attend the Diwali Festival and give away the medals to the winners.
