Learning to Quiet the Mind
When we stop long enough to listen to the chatter that goes on in the mind we often find that the mind is like a group of wild horses running in all many different directions at the same time.
In this evenings program we will examine the current state of our minds and then experiment with various methods that allows us to take back the reigns and quiet the mind.
