This panel will be moderated by Rajat Sharma who leads the technology advisory practice at Browns Brother Harriman. • Murali Aravamudan, Founder & CEO of Veveo, Inc., a software company that provides intelligent search, discovery, and personalization capabilities for connected devices and applications, acquired by Rovi Corporation for $75M. • Rama Ramakrishnan, Founder & CEO of CQuotient Inc., a next-generation cloud-based personalization provider for retail and ecommerce, was acquired by Demandware. • Purnanand Sarma, President & CEO of TARIS Biomedical, a leader in local sustained delivery of therapeutics to the genitourinary system. TARIS sold its lead program, LiRIS®, to Allergan for $588M. • Amar Sawhney, Chairman, President & CEO of Ocular Therapeutix, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative therapies for diseases and conditions of the eye using its proprietary hydrogel platform technology. Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. raised $75M in its IPO.
