When Earth Sings: A Dance Theater By Aparna Sindhoor
“When Earth Sings” is Navarasa Dance Theater’s 5th Anniversary International Women’s Day Performance including the world premieres of “Refugee Ragas” and “Plantation Talas" dealing with topics like war and immigration. Sindhoor’s choreography is a unique blend of Indian dance, Yoga and world music. Critics have called Sindhoor’s choreography “conveys boldly dramatic stories”. Guest choreographer Janet Craft.
