Learn to Relax
What is the one main area in life through which we experience most of our stress? The mind! Surprised? By learning to relax the mind, we can minimize the stress we face in day-to-day life. In this program we will explore ways to become the master of our own minds and able to remain stable and steady in times of challenge.
