Relationships: My Greatest Teachers Good relationships improve all aspects of your life, strengthening your health, your mind, and your connections with others. However, when your relationships with family, friends and colleagues are not working, they can also be a tremendous drain of disappointment, anger and frustration. In this session we will explore and learn how by using spiritual understanding we can keep our relationships strong and repair trust and love in a relationships that have been challenging. We will learn how to keep our relationships healthy and meaningful in both happy and sad times. Friday, April 17th, 6:30pm to 8:30pm Speaker Eric Le Reste This year marks three decades since Eric Le Reste began his career at CBC Radio Canada. He provides specialist training to journalists and producers throughout Canada. Eric began meditation with the Brahma Kumaris in 1983 in Montreal and quickly opened meditation centres in Edmonton and Calgary. He then returned to Montreal where he established “L’Émergenceâ€, which has become one of the main meditation centres in the city. Eric participates in various international projects including “Images and Voices of Hope,†a project dedicated to inspiring new restorative narratives in the media. Eric also serves as the National Coordinator for the Brahma Kumaris in Canada.
