Around 600 folks gathered to join first Holika Dahan at Northboro Location (for which Temple obtained a special approval from town).  Kids young adult everyone got a festive feel and enjoyed the Holika Dahan in traditional way followed by Holi with dry colors.

Temple also hosted Musical event Holi Aaye re where local performers Dilip Acharya, Meesha Acharya, Valentino Almeida, Hema Gopalan, Pankaj Shah, Rajiv Gangurde and Prabha Srinivasan sang popular songs to celebrate Holi.

Sai Temple Billerica celebrated Holi on Sunday with Holika Dahan followed by Holi with colors around 400 folks gathered to play colors. Same evening temple also hosted Holi Mehfil-Rang Barse  where audience got to listen popular Hindi songs/Bhajans by well known singers of Boston Valentino Almeida, Nidhi Tare Lad, Shubhra Bhattacharya, Avanti Pandit, Pankaj & Pratibha Shah, Paresh Motiwala, Shekhar Shastry, Sushil Motwani  and Leher group (Amal Jawa, Ragini, Adhirath Bollapragada, Arjun Balasuriya, Dipankar Deshmukh, Krishan Aneja, Sanjay Jain, Sameer Patel, Sushil Motwani, Umanga Balasuriya)
 .
Surprise segment was Kavita /Hasya  by well known poets from Boston Dr. Kumkum Malik, Sunayana Kachroo, Anil Mehrotra, Maneesh Shrivastava and Shekhar Shastry recited their own poems. Poets  blended the   humor with social messages which enthralled the audience.

Hosting free event where everyone can come with family and friends and celebrate festival  is one of the mission of Dwarkamai  which is committed to preserve art and culture among Indians.
