"Miss India New England" 2013 will be a moment of glory and pride to celebrate our beautiful heritage and encourage wonderful, talented contestants belonging to three states- Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. This is a one of a kind pageant designed specially for girls with Indian heritage and has been running across several states by IFC Inc of New York for more than 20 years.
The contestants will participate in Evening Gown, Indian Ethnic dress and Question-Answer round. A pageant winner is a role model for society. The Indian pageant Winner and Title holders have additional responsibility on them being down to earth and respecting own roots.
Miss India Show in 2012 was a stage extravaganza with 26 wonderful, talented contestants. New England Indian youth is very bright and talented and they introduced themselves on stage with elegance and pride in front of panel of judges. This year again, the pageant is not only a contest, but a greater assimilation of young Indian-Americans together with lots of pride about their culture.
The uniqueness of 'Miss India New England' is because of the training program in which contestants learn and practice public speaking skills, stage presentation techniques, catwalk, skincare, healthcare and nutrition guidance from experts. They also grasp some interview skills while practicing Question-Answer round. No other Indian or International pageant provides this kind of Personality enhancement program.
